A couple weeks ago, I received a package of makeup products from Loreal and have been trying them ever since. Not only was I surprised at how much, but whoever put together my package sent me no duplicates of what I already owned. I mean that’s sort of freaky considering I purchase tons of drugstore makeup. In order of awesomeness (according to me) – we have the Loreal Infalliable Paints Eyeliner. Currently, the line consists of six colors and I’m pretty sure that now I have all six! It’s a good thing because these were awesome for me! When it comes to passing my personal test for eyeliners, it basically has to last many hours. I have oily eyelids so I don’t know of many eyeliners that actually stay put. THIS STUFF DID. There is nothing better than coming home 8 hours after you applied your eyeliner to see it still in tip top shape! It’d be nice to see some new colors, although, my favorite shades of all time when it comes to eyeliners is blues and greens, so they are definitely covered there!
It took a lot in me to not purchase one of Loreal’s Infalliable Paints blush palette since I’m still on my blush obsession. I was so thrilled to see it included! The range of shades are so different and I just so happen to enjoy each shade. The first light pink shade did not show up too well on my skin, but the rest did and they were quite pigmented! A little bit goes a long way!
Another product I had my eye on in the drugstore but never gotten around to purchase was Loreal Infalliable Paints Eyeshadow. The reason I held off on these was because I had this feeling without even researching that they would be a cream type formula based on the packaging. Since I have oily lids, a lot of things do not stay on, and cream shades are included.
Well, I was wrong, and this just proves that I shouldn’t just assume! The three shades that were sent represent a good mixture of looks. I feel like Mistress Noir (300) would be great for a night out with friends, Cool Ivory (316) is perfect for the office and Aqua Aura (308) is perfect for a weekend look because that BLUE would be awesome as an eyeliner!
These did stay put, but not for an entire day. I blame my oily lids, because by the time I got done with an 8 hour work day, it wasn’t looking as awesome as when I first put them on.
Lastly, the Loreal Infalliable Paints Lip Paints. These are considered the least favorite of mine because of the texture and that’s only because I AM NOT A LIP GLOSS user. These are not considered lip glosses, BUT, anything even having a slight lip gloss feel is unappealing to me. I don’t hate these, I just honestly probably wouldn’t reach for them as much.
The three shades I received:
Despite all this, they have new metallic shades AND I STILL WANT TO TRY THOSE. It’s a normal part of being a junkie – you always have to try the newest product out even if you aren’t 100% down with the formula!
Leave me a comment and tell me if you have tried anything from Loreal Paints line! Do agree that the eyeliners are AWESOME?!
