My Daily GoodieBox Unboxing

Freebies are some of the best things in life. It was the idea that you could legitimately receive free stuff – and GOOD free stuff – that initially started my journey into the online world. In fact, if you go back to some of my very first posts you will see just some of the freebies I’ve scored since I started. Every apartment I’ve been in since, I’ve made great friends with my mailmen because of this fun hobby!

If it wasn’t for the ‘Freebie Community’ I would never have jumped into social media, entering contests, and eventually to blogging. I totally give all the credit to freebie hunting – my very first love. Besides getting free stuff, I met some pretty neat people along the way who also shared my same loves.

There is an element of freebie hunting that makes you think it’s ‘too good to be true’ so you always have to sort of sign up for stuff with caution. There may be a chance that it is a fake one, a scam or that you will never see this ‘so-called free’ item once you sign up. Luckily, I don’t recall much of that going on in my years of freebie hunting, because I was always pretty smart when it came to figuring out what was real and what was clearly a scam. ANYTIME you are asked for a credit card or personal information (beyond a home address) I would say ABORT! ABORT! Never risk getting your personal information stolen for a free lipgloss!

I was recently contacted by Daily GoodieBox with an opportunity to receive a box to share with my readers. Prior to the contact, I had heard of the company but never received a box or perhaps never even signed up. Basically, that’s step one. SIGN UP! I have been signed up for a couple weeks now and have not received any spammy emails, so that’s a huge bonus! The minute I start receiving spammy emails I can no longer appreciate the freebies!

There’s a couple questions I had about this freebie company – mostly involving how one person is selected over another to get a Daily GoodieBox. They have a section on their website that answers Frequently Asked Questions that hopefully help answer any questions you may have!

With that simple introduction, I’ll share what I received in my box.

The Goods:

RawRev – Raw Superfood Bars

Herr’s – Tangy BBQ Popped Chips

Beanfields – Nacho Bean and Rice Chips

Dream Water – Sleep Powder

Älsa – Energy Drink Mix

Natralia – Anti-itch Soothing Cream

Gary Poppins – Simply Sea Salt

EM+PACT – Protein & Energy Bars

It’s always awesome to receive something free in the mail, so the fact that I got a box full of free products – and almost all new brands to me – I can’t complain too much. Of course, I can not like a product, but usually that is just based on personal preference, and companies apparently don’t mind when you are honest and provide feedback, which is the main goal of Daily GoodieBox.

Simple review of the products you received!
